We are proud to present you STUCK IN PARADISE E.P., the new E.P. of Antoine aka Akhaba, co-label manager of Senoï Records. This E.P. is made up of 2 tracks and is the result of the last 4 months’ lockdown in Goa, India, and the next few weeks after his trip back to France.

Regarding the incredible conditions in which this E.P. was produced and the strange situation in the event and the music industry in France, we really wanted to offer you this E.P. in free download, as a musical testimony from this unprecedented period of time by an artist who was in lockdown.

STUCK IN PARADISE E.P. presents a sharp and hybrid Dark Progressive music, halfway between Dark Prog, Forest and Psyche. This E.P. is more than ever dancefloor oriented and it tries to communicate the desire that every artist actually has : sharing their feelings and those incredible vibes in festivals and parties, on that fucking dancefloor that we all are missing.

STUCK IN PARADISE is the first track of this E.P., produced in a paradise in Goa, the international psytrance temple. This track witnesses the duality of his situation, stuck in a paradise during a world lockdown… this situation can seem amazing at first but can easily turn to hell. The flow of this track submits well to the introspection process and the personal reflections that he gets during his lockdown. The track is produced with some sharp parts, and some lighter, which represents perfectly the duality he was facing while he was locked down in India.

The second track is called ‘Nervous Breakdown’ and was produced in June after his trip back to France. It’s a more spontaneous track, definitely faster and less thought out. Antoine was using this track as a release during this complicated time. It witnesses some difficult life time that he was facing during the first weeks after his strange and difficult hollyday’s trip back. The watchwords are : groovy, dark and uncompromising.
